Curated by Tiago Silveira Machado
– Chef & Travel Storyteller
Meet the Chef...
I’m Tiago Silveira Machado, a former travel reporter turned cook, and someone deeply passionate about food, people and places. After years telling stories across continents — and gathering flavours from dishes like spicy curries in Goa or Delhi, tagines and couscous in Marrakesh and Essaouira, ceviches in Lima, paellas in Valencia or a boeuf bourguignon in Bordeaux — I found in Portuguese cuisine a language of its own. One that speaks through aromas, textures and shared tables. My journey brings together storytelling and hospitality in immersive experiences that honour the simplicity and depth of local flavours.
From bustling markets to seaside kitchens, I design culinary moments that connect you to Portugal’s culture in ways that are authentic, personal and far from the usual clichés.
Welcome to the table and welcome to Portugal.
